MarsBar: step-by-step instructions to extracting region of interest data

These are screenshots detailing the steps to extracting mean signal (aka raw intensity values, beta weights, parameter estimates, effect sizes) from your regions of interest, using MarsBaR. The end point is to obtain values on which random effects analyses can be performed (in SPSS, for example).

I also have a pages detailing the creation and exporting of ROIs in MarsBar.
There are more automated ways of doing this, but this should give you an idea of the steps with simple operations.
